Banana Chocolate Chip Bread for 187 calories a serving

1 cup no-sugar added applesauce 1/2 c = 50 100

1/2 c egg substitute (I use “All Whites”) 1/4 c = 30 60
3 bananas, mashed 1 banana = 110 330
1/2 tsp vanilla 0 0
2 c flour 1/4 c = 100 800

1 c choc chips 1 Tbs = 70 1120

Total calories = 3370
1 slice = 1/6 loaf 187
Directions
1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Mix applesauce, sugar, eggs, bananas, and vanilla together.
3) In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips.
4) Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
5) Spray mini loaf pans with butter-flavored or olive-oil spray. Pour mixture into pans.
6) Arrange the sliced bananas on top. Sprinkle each mini loaf pan with 1 tsp sugar.
7) Bake for 35 – 40 minutes.
